[0:00] Perceivo Examples: Production Line
[0:06] In this video, we're going to be covering the Production Line example, a Perceivo example.
[0:12] This orchestration simulates a work order going down a line.
[0:16] The Line Supervisor agent calls the first stage, and then each stage after that is a tool that does its work.
[0:23] There are no keys or outbound routes to set up with this orchestration.
[0:29] Let's start a run.
[0:31] I'm going to send it bicycle frame, and we'll set the delay at five seconds per stage.
[0:37] While a run is going, you can pause it or stop it.
[0:40] Pause lets the stage that's working finish, then holds before the next one starts.
[0:45] The run stays loaded, so it picks up right away when you resume.
[0:49] Stop saves the run's state and shuts it down, so it isn't using any compute.
[0:54] You can let the current step finish first, or stop immediately.
[0:59] Let's pause it.
[1:04] And now we'll resume.
[1:08] Cut, Weld, Paint and Inspection each take their turn, and the answer travels back up the line.
[1:15] Open Observe, then Logs, right here in the orchestration.
[1:20] Each stage starts about five seconds after the one before it.
[1:23] But look at this one: that long gap is where we paused the run.
[1:30] Like all the examples, you can find the source code in our open-source SDK repository on GitHub.
